Hello Ms. Gauthier. For my part, I use the mitts to clean and exfoliate my face. It is amazing for gently cleaning my pores around the nose and chin. What I love the most is that the gel from the mitt doesn't leave deposit on my skin. My skin is clear, clean and sooo soft. All that with not pain at all! + + + A
